Personal hygiene is something that comes very naturally to each individual. Just that their method of maintaining the hygiene levels differs. The whole idea of good individual hygiene aims at keeping your
body, hair, and teeth neat and free from odors and infections. Additionally, it is crucial to follow hygiene practice in accord using the social, cultural, and family norms. Practicing good individual hygiene helps you stay healthy and free of ailments.

Hair Hygiene
Through an attractive hair is one of the concerns of teenagers. During adolescence, the scalp starts to produce more oil making it simpler for dirt to hang on to the hair. Therefore, you need to buy a shampoo that is manufactured especially for oily hair and scalp. If you have an excessively oily remaining hair head, you may wash your hair every single day.

Facial Skin Hygiene
Aside from through an oily scalp and hair, adolescents could also develop an oily skin evidently which may lead to acne. After bathing, make sure to apply deodorant with antiperspirant to avoid your underarms form sweating. You may even use body spray to mask the odor.

Health implications
Skipping any hygiene practice even for a day or more can lead you to a higher risk of being a victim to different ailments. If the hands are not washed with soap after visiting the bathroom and you directly get involved in food preparation, you may expose others to various infectious diseases. Additionally, skipping showers also increases infection risk.

Attractiveness
The quotient of personal attractiveness can be improved through good personal hygiene practices like brushing the teeth, taking regular showers, taking a head wash, and regular use of a deodorant. Being clean as well as free from smells makes it easier for others to get acquainted with you. Being cautious with your hygiene requirements also makes you aware of your appearances.
